Contact Us!

By far, the easiest and best way to get ahold of us is to email us at our general email address:
mobtown@mobtownplayers.com

That’s good for just about anything.  Questions on what show is playing, how to get a hold of somebody, press questions, inquiries about renting the space, requests for charitable contributions, offers of charitable contributions, questions about auditions. At the very least, the email will get routed to the person most capable of answering your questions.

For ticket-related inquiries, you might try:
tickets@mobtownplayers.com

Are you press or have a question for our publicist?
publicity@mobtownplayers.com

Some technical problem with the website?
webmaster@mobtownplayers.com

From time-to-time, we may have another email set up:
auditions@mobtownplayers.com

This will generally forward to the director or stage manager of the show currently casting.  BUT if no shows are casting, it might very well go nowhere and your email might get lost in the ether.  Just saying….

Snail Mail

Yes, we have a physical address:

The Mobtown Players, LLC
3600 Clipper Mill Road
Ste 114
Baltimore, MD  21211

Gotta tell ya’, though.  We aren’t real snappy at picking things up there all the time.  Someone checks the actual mailbox once a week or so, so if you need to get a hold of us quick – your best bet is one of the above email addresses.

Telephone

Right now, we don’t have one.  What?  We used to?  Yeah, we did; it was 410.467.3057.  If you have it listed in any of your address books, delete it.  Why?  Well, we got rid of it.  Verizon wanted $80 a month for a no-frills POTS line when all we were actually using was the voicemail.  We figured we could put that $80 to better use.  Besides, the truth is….

We are a part-time, volunteer organization.  Everything that happens “at” the theater happens because of the dedication of a handful of individuals pursuing their muse.  There are no full-time staff people.  A lot of the work done “at” the theater isn’t done “at” the theater at all; the only time we show up there is when we have rehearsal or for a show or board meeting.  Most of our work gets conducted via … email.

So we never really used a phone system at the theater.  Plus, it was getting increasingly difficult to keep track of the voicemail.  It’s a little embarrassing, but people would call us in between shows with a general query – and we wouldn’t get it for a couple of months.

So, the best way to get a hold of us is …email.

Now, that being said – we are working on a way to get a Google Voice number set up which will … email us when we someone calls us.  We won’t have all the fancy answering services, but you can give us a call and someone will get it.

Or, you know, you could just email us.

Bob, there are some violent acts in the play, but they all take place offstage. There is some stage blood. I would say that children under 13 or so (depending on maturity level and interests, of course) might not enjoy the play, as the language is a bit dense.
